The 2010 Workshop/Conference will be held in Canmore, Alberta, a small mountain town in the beautiful Rocky Mountains, just a few miles from Banff National Park and the town of Banff. This will be a wonderful opportunity to visit with fellow expeditors during the various social events, to expand your networks and to broaden your knowledge of our industry. Start making your plans now – September will be here in no time!

Rooms have been reserved at the Radisson at a special rate of $154 CAD per night, plus taxes. This rate includes complimentary high-speed internet in each room and parking, and will be extended for two days before and after the actual Conference, for anyone who wants to spend some extra time exploring this beautiful area. To make a reservation, call 1-800-263-3625 and identify yourself as being with the Expediting Management Association. Availability of rooms is guaranteed until Sunday, August 15th. After that, the rate will be the same for our attendees, but availability may become a problem. Book early!

Canmore is about an hour from the Calgary International Airport, and shuttle service is available (reservation details will be posted as soon as possible).

As in previous years, the Expediting Management Association, Inc. is again accepting sponsor’s table top displays, posters, hand out literature or brochures for display and distribution at our 34th Annual Workshop/ Conference.

We are also accepting advertising in our Association newsletter. The EMAnator is published every two months and reaches expediters, materials managers, and other related professionals throughout the United States, Canada and offshore.
